My magaazine follows the conventions of the italian job through out my piece. I chose the Itailian job because it relates to modern day today( the 60's revualtion/ swinging 60's) In my work i have used similar colours and images to create a certain theme through out my work. I have placed my work in a certain order to make the media piece stand out.

my media piece attracts an indie style of audience because it is focusing on a certain genre of music(Indie) with northern bands. also obvoiusly my piece will atract northern people because its called Northern rumble which uses a northern colloquial language (rumble).

I address my target audience by using images that willappeal to my target audience because i will use similar styles such as NME that attract a similar audience to me however i am prodomently attracting people from the north.

I would say that IMP media who have magazines such as nme would want to have this magazine, it could be used as a small spin off of NME to the northern people attracting a smaller fan base however you a targeting a certain group of people which will mean you are more likely to atrract the target audience.

I would like to adress my audience in a kind of rebelious teenager manner because that is the type of person that would read this magazine. It looks clean and smart however it features lots of colloquial language and dematic language.

I used photoshop to create my magazine, it was a very succesful way to create a front cover for my magazine however it was difficult when adding text into it. It isnt as effective as word is at formatting text to fit into the double page spread. However i managed to succesfull add text to my work to make it look clean and ready to be published.

Looking back to my college piece i have learned how to use certain styles and features that will attract a certain genre of people. Like with house styles etc to make sure the magazine reaches its full potential.

Final Piece

I decided to change my double page spread, to make it look better and also to make it stand out. If i was going to pick a certain company to sell my magazine i would choose EMap because they are a specialist magazine seller. Selling computor magazines to EYE Magazine, my magazine only focuses on Northern Music so it will only be popular in the North.

Evaulation Of College Magazine

For my college magazine i studied the target audience in great detail, however used a questionaire that linked to music which fits into my target audience because a great ammount of people i asked listened to a genre of music. However there was a large ammount of different people who listened to different types of music. This was an important discovery for my work, because i realised for my college magazine to stand out from others it needs to have a certain edge of individuality.

I used college studients in my front cover, this will give the magazine a personall feeling, if you have seen Stephen Topham. Also i used the college in the background which makes the magazine relate to the students of Prior Pursglove.

I used fonts that stand out and make the front cover eye catching, also used colours that relate to the colleges sports teams. which relates to the main theme i was thinking about when creating the magazine which is personal to the students of Prior Pursglove.

Finnishing College Magazine

For my college magazine i studied my target audience very in a detailed mannor. This was done by comparing my college magazine to other college magazines that i collected or searched for on the internet. I studied their ideas and Ideologys and used it to compare to my research. Then I brainstormed ideas and completed my front cover.
